Ouch!

Much as I love bike riding, I think I’m too old to do the bike stunts I used to do. After taking the spill yesterday, I’ve got bruises, sore ribs and it hurts when I laugh. Allan has become a stand up comedian, which means I’ve been in pain all day. What a great husband!
