Clarks visit Puma in a BiiiiiiG Mall

We visited the Puma store in Mall of America today. This “mall” has of course, stores, but it also has an amusement park with roller coasters and ferris wheels, an aquarium, Legoland, live theater performances and what every mall has…a wave pool. Oh yes, they also have a Puma store. We wore our nifty Puma shirts and shoes while letting customers know they would get a 30% discount if they donated gently used shoes to Soles4Souls. We explained how they could recycle shoes by giving them to a shoe charity. What better shoe charity than Soles4Souls! One mother was so touched by the pictures we showed of children in Guatemala getting new shoes, that she donated her small son’s sandals right on the spot

Generous Foot Solutions Customers

This afternoon we visited the Foot Soutions store in Woodbury, Minnesota. Steve and Katie Lind, owners of the store, along with Shannon, had already set aside boxes of new shoes to donate to Soles4Souls. A generous couple didn’t just donate one pair of shoes…they brought in three full bags of shoes! Pizza and cookies for lunch were the perfect touch to another succesful time at Foot Solutions.
